Do you bring your own supplies? Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning products and tools. We also offer eco-friendly options upon request.
How is the price calculated? Pricing depends on the size of the space, the type of service (standard, deep clean, move-in/out, etc.), and the frequency (one-time or recurring). We provide free quotes before every job so there are no surprises.
What’s the cancellation policy? We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours may be subject to a small fee.
Is there a deposit required for appointment? Yes. To secure your booking, we require a small deposit (typically 20–30% of the total service price). The balance is due on the day of service. This helps us reserve the time slot and prepare the team for your cleaning.
